T Tamara New Member Nov 8, 2011 #1 My conditional formatting button worked well before I shared my workbook with a colleague, but even if he closes the file, the conditional formatting button is no longer highlighted so I can continue setting some things up. Anyone know why this is? Thanks for your help!

P prasaddn Active Member Nov 8, 2011 #2 Hi Tamara, You need to manually unshare the file. Even though nobody is using file except you, it is still shared file and will have limitations. Regards, Prasad
