Conditional Formatting - Bar Graph - Based on Data Label

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a way to conditionally format a column graph based on the data label.

Example: I have a series of data that is labeled "A" "B" "C" "D".

I would like "A" to always be in red, and "B" "C" "D" to always be in blue.

I would also like to sort the data from smallest to largest, and change the order of which the data appears, but have the colors be fixed to the labels.

Is there a way to do this?

Instead of one series with four possible labels, use four series, one for each label.


Modify the approach in this post:

Change the criteria for inclusion in each column so the column header matches the label in the first column.
