Conditional formating

Hi,
I would like to ask you for help.
I want to set a conditional formating comparing 2 sheets. Sheet2 to Sheet1. I know It does work by adding row () to the formula, but only if I start from the cell A1.
But I want to apply my conditional formating in a particular range C2:G13.
Can you help me out please. So simply said I just want to compare numbers from Sheet2 with numbers in Sheet1, if it is bigger, smaller or equal

CF will not work between the sheets.

Of course CF does work between two sheets
