CONDITIONAL FORMAT

I have large number of staff ID'S (approx 1000) which are numerical and i want to highlight some staff ID's with some colour . how i can do it through a formulae ?

You can set formula in the conditional formatting by the way given below


Go to Home Tab

Conditional Formatting in Styles Tab

New Rule

Use Formula to Determine which cells to format

Type your formula in the box under "Edit the Rule Description"
