please I ask for how can I concatenate multiple Cells listed vertically into One cell split by ";"

eg:

to be 81287;88446;82395;81284;81296;82311;81251;82368;82363

Easiest way I find, is to do following.

Type: =A2:A47 in a cell.
Hit F9 and enter.
Remove "={}".
You are left with concatenated values from range.
