concat the fields as per the sheet and put pivot

I have a sheet named concatenate with two columns (concat1 and concat2).

In concat1 column I have provided 20 field names and concat2 column I have provided 20 field names.

Step 1 - In the source sheet I have to insert a column name it as concat1 and concatenate the fields as provided in concat1 of "concatenate" sheet.

The rows are dynamic and large in source data.

step 2 - Put a pivot for the concat1 column and select the values (count of concat1) which are greater than 1.
 
Can you post a sample file with sample inputs and sample output
