Complicated Match Formula with conditions

Hello Dear Friends,
Please refer the attached worksheet and I am pulling my hair out thinking of a formula which when matches the given % should give out the required conditions.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hi Joseph ,

I think you should think about simplifying the logic instead of Excel formulae :

1. ((Row 6 value for the month)-(90% of Row 6 value for the month)) equates to 10 % of Row 6 value

2. ((200% of Row 6 value for the month) - (Row 6 value for the month)) equates to Row 6 value

Go With the modification @NARAYANK991 Sir suggested.

With your calculations only See the attached file. It has two solution from two different formula.

Solution 1: Row 13--- Nested IF statement. (Light Orange row)
Solution 2 Row 14 -- Choose formula (Blue Row) require helper row 11(Green row).

Just advise if any issue.
