We keep track of customer complaints and then calculate the average days it takes to resolve the complaint.
We maintain a dashboard for this.
The dash board has up to 15 days. Our goal is to resolve within those 15 days.
But there are lot of complaints that went beyond day 15 and we can look at it in a different way but they are not visible in dashboard.
Say Day 15 has 200 complaints; Day 16 has 100 complaints ....Day 100 has 2 complaints etc.
When I want to calculate the # of days for resolution, how to include those complaints not visible on dashboard ( more than 15 days to address).
For days in complaint status, I use SUMPRODUCT function and I don't see a way to upload spreadsheet here.
