Competitive Project Visualization

I created the attached "back in the day" to summarize and illustrate competitive residential subdivisions which I'd like to make more functional. I think a userform (given the character of the data for each project) would be best for data entry (into a table), then using slicers to toggle visibility of various competitive projects by name, type, location, etc. (not unlike what's illustrated here). Any ideas would be appreciated?

Hi Gregg, not sure I completely understand what you want to accomplish, but some inspiration might be found on a befriended blog:
https://www.goodly.co.in/indian-tech-startups-performance-dashboard/ (+https://www.goodly.co.in/slicers-in-excel/)
https://www.goodly.co.in/cost-structure-visualization-chandoos-visualization-contest/ (also explained on the blog here)

Also there are some hints how you can do a mock-up.

Both are about comparison (like companies or industries) on several elements (like costs or key stats). In your case it could be project and lots total & remaining, avrg Sell, velocity, price per size...

I have actually looked at these posts long ago but I’m glad you pointed me back to it.
