Comparing two tables and finding the result

I am trying to compare two tables and if the value is more than 0, copy the result.

I have described the problem in attached sheet, could you please help?

Hi Hui, sorry but it can not be combined as there are lots of other variables to both tables, I have removed irrelevant columns for this post.
