Combination of vendor and related data

What i need is if i put vendor that relates to container/BL/etc,,, number the end result i want is PO document no. if that container/BL/etc,,, having multiple PO doc no means that has to list down separately


here i have created PO# search file with more formulas, if i search PO Document Number

in this sheet getting the po no very slow,,,,,,,,,,


can u pls advice what i did is correct or any changes will help me to do better


i am new to excel , started learning it. kindly help me to do better.


For Eg:-


Vendor - 466


Kewill / Cont. / SO / BL / MAWB - PONU1277968


the end result will be PO - [9064018452]

I would also go away from using ranges which include all the rows

eg: X2:X1048576

This is 30x bigger than it needs to be


Maybe change it to X2:X35000 instead

Faseeh, i saw the excel file, u put formula only for container #

what i want is if i put vendor in Single PO search B6 and A10 field for Container Number,EAN/UPC,CBL Number,Sales Person,Our Reference & Kewill Job Ref. No. if i put any one of this no that related PO number have to listed ( If single PO# means B10 and multiple PO# means B11)

and also if i put multiple reference filed like Container Number,EAN/UPC,CBL Number,Sales Person,Our Reference & Kewill Job Ref. No.from A10 to A50 same related po number have to shown in B10 to B50,

Try replacing the formula in the helper column with this one:

=IF(IFERROR(((MATCH(LookupValue,AllCriteriaRanges,0),0)>0,ROW())

..hopefully the problem will be resolved.
