Chart re-creation problem

Hello,

Could somebody help me how to create chart that can be see in the sample file? In the file there are 2 items:

• #1 item: picture (with 3 colorized bars + axis)
• #2 item: xy chart

I would like that if the xy chart of background (without to paste picture) would be same than the picture and there would be axis on the top and bottom.
