Changing the chart colour different

Hi

I am attaching the excel file it contains three data projected , achieved and target. If i put the chart it is giving only one color ie blue color.
Any body guide how to differentiate with color. My requirement is the Target chart show in blue color, achieved chart in green color, projected chart in yellow color.

Select the chart
then click on a Blue Bar
then click on a Blue Bar again

Now you only have a single bar selected
Press Ctrl+1
Format Data Point
Select Fill color/style

Then repeat this for the other Bar
