Change the Column Headers from Alphabets to Numbers

Hi Hui,


I need your help.


I was visiting the website where shortcuts were mentioned. I was trying to do some of them in a new excel book.


Suddenly, to my surprise the Column Headers which used to be in Alphabets A, B, C,... has now changed to 1,2,3,4,5.....16384. Meaning I have numbers in both Row & Column Headers.


Can you please help me in getting back the Column headers back to Alphabets? I am going crazy with this form of excel and sounding like earth has gone flat and not round anymore.

Excel 2007: Excel Options>Formulas, in the Working with Formulas section uncheck the R1C1 reference style box


Excel 2003: Tools>Options>General, uncheck the same box
