Cell shows formula

Dear all,

Cell C2 in the sheet shows an error

I have tried various things (make sure it's selected as text and contr + "``" but that does not work. Any tips on what I can do?

I have included the relevant sheet.

it should not be formatted as text
I change it to general - and made sure not space in front of =
