Cell Coloring without VBA Code or Conditional Formatting

There are alphanumeric values with four different cell coloring in column A1 to D1, instead of simply Copy-Paste or Conditional Formatting or VBA Technic, I want to copy those cells with values and colors in different columns with simple IF-ELSE function which is pure excel category. I already solved this through VBA and Conditional Formatting, but how can I do this with IF-ELSE function?

Hi, D.GHOSH!
AFAIK you can't copy anything except either manually or by VBA code.
If function used within a cell formula it's just used to calculate a the result value and not to perform any action.
