I need your expert views on this.I have a data arranged somewhat like this


Region PROJECTSPROJNO Commodities Status Lever

APAC 1234 4567 SHOES APPROVED RfQ

EMEA 1235 4568 BELT NO APPROVED LCL

APAC 1236 4569 PEN IMPLEMENTED RfQ

EMEA 1237 4570 PENCIL APPROVED OMP

NA 1238 4571 RUBBER APPROVED RM Headwinds

SA 1239 4572 IRON NEGOTIATE LCL

EMEA 1240 4573 IMPLEMENTED EMI


I want to have a checkbox or combobox in the report such that when i select any region then any commodity and then any status and then LeVER cooresponding values should result.

Why don't you use multiple combo box (one for each parameter) and then use a group box so that they appear as one??
