Hi - I have a formula, which generates a service level of sorts. I have 10 people and they do 135 things, putting a service level at 135%.

Would that mean im 3.5 people over headcount? Is there a formula to help with that? I want to show, of that 35% extra, what is that in terms of people.

To get to 100% service level you would need 1/135% of current headcount, that is about 74% of current webcount. You only need 74%*10people, ie. 7.4 people, but since .4 of a person is difficult you might want to round up.
=ROUNDUP(10*1/135%,0)
