Can't exit Design Mode issue

I am having an issue with Visual Basic, I keep getting an error message, "Can't exit design mode because Control 'Command Button21' cannot be created' when I try to exit Design Mode.

Not understanding whats the issue? The macro is working fine in some systems, but getting the above error in other systems..

just try to save your file in .xlsm format

The file works ok on my system in both 2010 and 2013.

So I have re-uploaded it Please try again

If you still have problems,
goto VBA
Goto Tools, References
If there is a Misssing Microsoft Windows - Common Controls, untick it

Save the file and reload it
