for example from column 1 to column 5 or from row 1 to row 10
can any body tell me how could i stop scroller till certain level?

If you want to keep people in a certain range you have 2 options
1. Hide all columns after Column E and all rows after Row 10
2. Goto F11 and Zoom out In A1 is in the Top Left corner of the screen and F11 is towards the lower right corner and now goto View Tab and Freeze Panes, You will be locked into the top Left corner of the worksheet
If you want to ensure that Columns A-E and all Rows 1-10 are always visible goto F11 zoom out so that you have enough cells bellow Row 10 and right of Column ER to work and then goto View Tab and Freeze Panes, The Top 10 Rows and Left 5 Columns will stay there as you move around.
