Camera Tool Image Not Printing

Lee

I have created 3 excel bar charts, and arrange these graphs next to each other within a single cell. I then took a snapshot using the camera tool and paste the image on another worksheet (on the same workbook). However, when I printed the page with the camera snapshot, only 2.5 of the images were printed, i.e. half of Graph #3 (on the furthest right) did not print. I have checked and made sure that the whole snapshot fits within a page, and the print preview of the page actually shown all 3 graphs, but the printed page came out with half of graph #3 missing. But the printout with the original graphs came out with all 3 graphs printed. Yet the printout of the camera snapshot at reduced size came out with only 2.5 graphs printed!

Could it be just the printer I am using or I have not use the camera tool correctly? Any help and advice will be much appreciated!

Does the Print Preview show the whole image correctly ?

Does any part of the Camera Tool overlap the Edge of the page?

Also try printing the page at 100% with No Zoom, does that help?

Thanks Hui.

Yes the print preview shows the whole image correctly and printing the page at 100% with no zoom does not help as well.

But I have found a solution to my problem. Instead of fitting the whole 3 graphs within a single cell, I have put each graph within a different cell , and took the camera snapshot of all 3 cells together, and the printout came out with all 3 graphs.
