I have a list of Data that I want to show in a pivot table, however half the data I would like a calculation if possible

I could do in the raw data but the raw data will have 1000's of rows

if, Chargeable need to show as calculation of £75 per hour

You get 'Chargeable only' as I wrote
You can also see and know 'how' in that file. There is one formula with Pivot-table.

if I select FOC then I still get calculation which I can't have
also, I don't understand how you get the d75 bit

As I tried to write:
Take care that You have selected 'Chargeable' from cell B1!
Can You control Yourself?
Select ONLY and ONLY Chargeable!
I don't know any ... FOC!
Read again above bolded line.

How to get the d75 ...
1) select eg cell ( value is $430,94 ) as below
2) select from PivotTable > Formulas > Calculated Fields
3) You'll get something like below
4) Select from 'Name:' that my made formula > You'll see then a formula.
