Calculating Growth vs Loss Year over Year

Hello Everyone,

I am stuck in new situation today.

I was asked to make Top 10 report for all my clients and I then have a database of about 4 yrs ( 2013 -2016)

While I made top 10 Accounts for 2015 and 2016 but I couldn’t make a sub report which would show me that as compared to last year which of my clients are growth accounts and which are loss accounts.

I have attached what I could achieve vs what I want to achieve.


Hope somebody will help me.

i am trying to represent quarter wise sales in different formats.
