Calculate Percentile - combine 3 formulas

Hi,

I've managed to get what I want using a couple of columns, but I've been unsuccessful combining the 3 columns.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if another formula is less complicated I'm open to any suggestions.

The desired result is highlighted pink in column G
