Calculate 2 Previous Fridays Date

Hi,

I use formula (TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY())-1) that returns previous Friday's date. How can i calculate date for 2 Fridays ago.

For Example:
Today:1/8/2018
Last Friday: 12/30/2016 (TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY())-1)
Two Friday : 12/24/2016

Also is there a way for formula to not automatically update everytime i open excel. I know you can manually calculate the formulas but i want every other formula to automatically update in the worksheet except this one.
