Blinking Cell

is it possible any cell blinking without VBA. if yes, then How ?

Early versions of MS Word used to have that facility but it has been removed for a few versions as well.

You will need VBA definitely.

But there is a "Cheap Way " to blink cell (without vba)
Just using scrollbar & CF.
