Best way to link all sheets

Hi guys any advice
I have a sheet with 12 months tabs that I want to feed into one sheet but only showing
the month from a 2floating2 drop down sheet
I have created the from dash board and linked in the sept 18 sheet
(this is what needs to be completed on a Daily monthly basis) what is the best way to display the information and how can you from the dashboard just use a drop down list and pick the month you need
any advice I have tried and tried but no good , any excel champions show me what you can achieve

2] Dropdown list in C1 with custom cell format.

Hi this is great there seems an issue with Sept onwards but this is brill

Select C1 >> Right click >> choose "Format cells" >> Number >> Custom, in the Type box enter : "Monthly Socrecard for the month of "@ >> OK
