? Best Method of Securing Structure of Speadsheet (Row/Column Height)

My spreadsheet report is separated in sections...

I have what looks like headers (Taking up two rows) that provide details on what is in each column. It seems as though when I accept my updates since these all the cells are linked to outside reports the titles at the beginning of each of the sections changes the size. These headers are to helps the reviewer to identify the information pertaining to that section. My data for each rows and/or columns randomly changes there format.

What can I do to stop this from happening. I can have a row at one moment be 53 in height and then next time 75 in height... It's driving me crazy...

Any and all suggestions is greatly appreciated. This is probably something very simple that I am over looking as usual.

If your data is actually a query from somewhere, you may want to check the query properties and "preserve formatting and column/row size". If the changes are coming from normal use, you could change the cell protection settings to "unlocked" and then protect the sheet, taking care to lock the column/row sizes.

Luke,

Its a linked cell situation. The cells are linked to the main report... The main report is my problem. The rows and columns change size.

Hi ,

Is it that you have the AutoFit Row Height on ? Does your row height change only when the data changes ?
