Behavior of rows or cells based on the value on one cell

Am new to this forum and was enlightened to observe such valuable information flowing.

I am actually trying to adapt the behavior of group of cells or rows depending on the value of one cell. Just to illustrate it:


I have created a drop down list on 'Cell 1' (from 1 to 10). depending on the this value i would like the excel to automatically generate respective drop down lists depending on the value of this drop down list on 'Cell 1' from 1 to 10).

I understand that this can be done by either automatically creating pop ups of drop down buttons which would be visible subject to the value of 'Cell 1' OR by hiding the drop down list. Can you please advise?

Thank you for your valued input, got something new to learn. But i am looking for a way where on selecting the drop down value ( from 1 to 10). If i select 2 then automatically 2 drop down menu lists will pop up and respectively. Can this be possible?
