Bank Ref No from Mid of List

dear sir,

attached excel sheet has bank ref no...it has mentioned full reference but I need only red highlighted one data is big and copy paste is taking longtime.

can you advise best formula to get specific narration.

Hi ,

If all of your data is in the same format of 4 groups of characters separated by hyphens , why not do a Text to Columns ? All your bank reference numbers will be in one column.

But I need whereever ref # is only mentioned.
