Backlog value distribution year wise as per Contract end date

Hi,

Need the formula to distribute backlog value year-wise as per the end date.
I really appreciate any help you can provide. Sample file attached.

C1:H1 contain real dates, the first day of each year.
Cell L1 contains the date you want to start from; adjust this.
Formula in cell C2 is copied across and down.
