Average require on the basis of date in a Pivot

Hi everyone
In the attached sheet,two sheets having same heading therefore i have made a pivot by using Multiple Consolidation function.

When i see the average for each heading then it is reflecting on the basis of value.
Example
ram has earned 4256 in sheet 1 and earned 4256 in sheet 2 on 5 may 14. result is reflecting 4256 in pivot but his actual result is 8512 as date is same in both sheets.

thanks but i need month wise average for each person after consolidating the data from multiple sheets. currently average is reflecting on the basis of "countA" of each person.

i need daily average of each person for each month. Please favour

Change the format of the date to month customizing it to "mmm". then put average in value field setting.

thks you ar right but when i make the group as months then average result is dividing by 2. please suggest
