Autotrigger mails based on recurring date in excel

Hi team,

I have a data in excel. where column A has type of reports, column B has the dates (only date I., 8th ) and column c has frequency.

Need a macro that if the report date is as 8th, and frequency is 2.. then macro should trigger mail to the people as reminder from 6th to 8th on all months. if the frequency is set as 3, then macro should send mails from 5th.

1) where is a list of the people with email-addresses?
2) which months?
3) do You mean send a data from columns from A to C?
if the frequency is set as 3, then macro should send mails from 5th.

You would give a lot of more details ...
 
Email address to be in column D and body of the mail and subject in next two columns.

if a date is set for a report. excel should trigger mail on all the months when the date is getting reached

which could help Yourself,
as well as You won't explain clear eg:
how to use that?
how do that work?
... this is a challenge.

Is there any good reason,
why to try to do this kind of with Excel?
Isn't something like that more clear to do eg with any 'Calendar'-application.

its that the team is going on more with adhoc reports & adhoc becomes continuous from the next month. and hence we planned to place the file in sharedrive and they can update the base there. hence needed help

There were two questions - if You don't know answers then ... okay?
There were also one solution.
With Excel can do many things ... but do it need to use with everything?
I could write many examples cases, which belongs to that other category.
