Automatically change tab using cell reference

Hi,

Hope everyone was well.

I have a template file which has 5 tabs for each working day. I want to end up with each tab name having this format DAY DATE MONTH like MON 28 AUG using a date reference I input in a sheet.

Lets say in one worksheet I input the date 28/08/2023
The first tab (where this date reference is) I want it to be named Mon 28 AUG
and for the remaining days it then says:
Next tab Tue 29 AUG
Next tab Web 30 AUG
Next tab Thu 31 AUG
Next tab Fri 1 SEP

Is it possible to do this without macros?

Hi, if « tab » means a worksheet then that's not possible as you already know …​
