automatic update of percentage(data label) inside stacked bar

What version of Excel are you using?

Excel 2013 can link Data Labels to a range

Prior to Excel 2013 you will need to use a macro to allow it to update
I Use Rob Bovey's XY Chart labeller to Automate the process
