Automatic tranposing of column entries into rows

Dear all,

I am entering data in column A1:A449. I want to write a formula in cell A450, that allows the data to be automatically Transposed in row A450:QG450, as it is entered in column A1:A449, without me, manually copying and pasting the entries as Transposed.

What I am currently doing is that I enter the data in column A1:A449, and then I manually copy and paste the column entries as Transposed in row A450:QG450.

Your help will be much appreciated.
