Automatic schedule in order with best route for daily, bi-weekly etc list?

Hello
I tried to handle this for over 2 weeks which one solution beings more issues it seems.

I attached an example of what I am working with. Some noted a made in red, and the things are labeled. The first work page is the contact list which shows 18 example locations out of 1000. It put Latitude Longitude figuring it might help but from most into online they only gave code for the distance from 2 locations than 50-1000.
The next page used the first work page so that it is printed out schedule and to make a new work book every week for the new weekly schedule. Every so often new contacts are put in and some are taken out (or not used anymore at the time) so to put it in an order by name is not an option since it takes time which is why I have the first column to have a numerical order. Even the says get changed at times..

It would be good to select on the second page the week you want and it automatically inputs the places that need to be visited every week, ever 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, etc. Also to have it that it is within route order. Sometimes locations are not visited due to time restrains and would need to be put in the next week even if it is every 4 weeks to be visited.
When I try to make it go automatic it just duplicates.

Right now it is done by hand for the schedule to be given out and written in a book what has been done and what should done within the upcoming weeks.

Thanks

Thanks for the help.
Very nice and fancy to see everything in an instant.

Editing it seems tricky since the formulas on not shown. I am not use to that to edit it so is there a way to show the formulas for everything?

Thanks

@ Harry0 There is no formula involved in it, it is a simple pivot table & it is not possible to edit an pivot table. If you want any changes please do the same in the main sheet & refresh the pivot table. The changes are reflected in the pivot table. Please surf chandoo website for pivot table, they have nice articles.
