Auto allocation of work schedule

Hi,

Please help, I have roaster for the set of employee with multiple shift and some may off on that day. Every day morning work has be auto assigned to the respective employee with respective shift. Employees only doing repetitively 4 task(2 Hours of Time)

Please note:

Roster - list of people scheduled to complete tasks
Roaster - something you roast, typically a chicken
