Attendence Hours Count with in & OUt time

Hi Friends,
i'm attaching exel file in that formula hours display in -hours.
May be IN time current day AM & OUT time next day AM.
What Was the correct formula.

Hi Balaji,

Few suggestions, enter time in hh:mm format and not as decimal number than use formula =MOD(end time-start time, 1) to get time, now format this cell as [h]:mm, to get desired result.
