Attendance Sheet

Request assistance in reformatting attendance data for 70 employees. It is currently in horizontal format (21st–20th). Please convert it to vertical format with each row showing one employee’s attendance per date, and include daily OT hours.
Final structure: 1. Emp ID 2. Date 3. Attendance Status 4. OT Hrs.
Your support is appreciated.

You have already needed ... to add Overtime hours ... for weeks.
... I cannot figure any added Overtimes there!
Many rules says that
someone has to do something that there could be overtimes
... and sometimes only rules would give overtimes.
Do You need add fixed Overtimes hours ... hmm?
... or what kind of Overtime hours You need to add ... somewhere?

what I want
1.Emp ID
2. Date ( DD/MM/YYYY)
3. Attendance Status ( DP, WO, PH, CL, SL, PL, ABS)
4. OT Hrs shall be under each day of attendance status ( myself put hours there)

If I tried to figure Your ... want ... then You could had done it Yourself a long time ago.
You seems to copy and paste same whole phrase instead of answer.
Take care.
