Attendance report (Compare the value)

Hi,

I am trying to make Attendance report, getting some challenges to validate the data.
Raw data sheet have Emp ID, Date and Time, here is have both in and out time in the same column.

I have made report template, can some one help how to do the report.
I have attached the file.

Questions eg:
# Emp ID 1 - has worked 11 days - or how?
# Emp ID 4 & 6- has started to work ... and still working - or how?
# Emp ID 8 - has worked 0:14:43 ... and start worked four days later - or how?
Is there any other kind of challenges?
Or
Should there be any kind of clear rules?
