Arrival of Retirement AGe

Sir

in one column there will be date of birth in indian format that is dd-mm-yyyy and in another column date of retirement has to be arrived at.

Retirement age is 59 and date of retirement age should be the last date of the retirement month.

i.e.

DOB: 13-06-1973 means Date of Retirement = 1973 + 59 = 2032 and the last date of that month is 30... Therefore, retirement date shall be arrived as 30-06-2032
DOB: 31-05-2000 means Date of Retirement = 2000 + 59 = 2059 and the last date of that month is 31... Therefore, retirement date shall be arrived as 31-05-2059

kindly provide the formula for arriving the above said retirement ages for any date of birth...

The result should appear appoximately like this... but using the formula it could not be arrived..

Of course you have to replace DateOfBirth with the cell reference
