Hello there,

I ask for how can i apply "approximate match" VLOOKUP in PowerPivot, as i need to add a calculated column to match the data in column called AHT Install.. in powerpivot to match it _with an approximate method_ with an other column located in different sheet called "AHT Matrix"
eg:
lookupvalue="AHT Install.." in powerpivot sheet

Lookuparray= "C2:F93" In AHT Matrix sheet

column#= 4

matching =Approximate

the workbook called TEST2015

Thanks a lot,

Hi @bobhc ,

ok you can download the file from the below link using Dropbox

https://www.dropbox.com/s/gj6x7lclnbitq9i/TEST2015.rar?dl=0

i have been titled the table in AHT Matrix with "Table_AHT_Mertix"
and use the below formula as explained in Javier Guillén reference

=CALCULATE(LASTNONBLANK(Table_AHT_Mertix[Installation %],1),FILTER('Table_AHT_Mertix',Table_AHT_Mertix[Installation %]=[AHT Install..]))

and no error in formula, but there isn't any outcomes have been figured, there is any logic else must taken in consideration

Thank a lot,
