Another Timestamp Problem [SOLVED]

Dear All,

It might b ea basic problem but I'm not getting it solved after using the available solutions on the site.

I've three sheets named OffStock, WorkStock and ORData in a single file.. Three different people from different location ( through Google drive) updates these sheets (by copying it from csv file), and based on that there are reports.

If any of the sheet is not updated the same day, the report may show misleading info. I think having a timestamp on report sheet will help the user to know if the sheets are updated or not.

SO,

Data in Offstock Range A1: H400 timestamp in Repo G3

Data in Workstock Range A1: H400 timestamp in Repo G4

Data in ORdata Range A1: L800 timestamp in Repo G5

And whenever the data is changed, the timestamp should change.

Requesting you to provide me the solution.

Thanks

Hi Khelgadi

Give the following a try on your Offstock sheet and replicate this procedure for the other two sheets. Should get you over the line.

Take care

Option Explicit

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)

If Not Intersect(Target, [g3]) Is Nothing Then Exit Sub

If Not Intersect(Target, [a1:h400]) Is Nothing Then

[g3] = Now

End If

End Sub
