Amalgamate contents of all filtered cells in one cell

Is there a function to amalgamate contents of all filtered cells in one cell without using VBA? So what I am asking is that if column C has got email addresses of all customers (column B). If I filter few customers the result must contain email addresses of all customers rather than me copying and pasting hundreds of email addresses (so a kind of subtotal function I’d say)

I would use a Concatif() function
