In a specific report where one column has "Summary" & the other column has "Description". I need to find the ticket numbers which starts with "AlphaNumeric" Ex: "IM123456" or "PM123456" in each column separately. There can be more than one ticket number in each cell for summary and description.

Is there an excel formula to resolve this issue

Turn your data into a table and then just filter on what ever you want
