Allocation Contribution-urgent kindly helpp

Dear Chandoo and excel guru
Thank you that i recieve as a member in this best excell club :-
I have a question...could you help me..how to simplyfied my calculation as attach file because i have a have a lot of SKU's (900) and 45 branches.
In attach file my calculation steps are :
a. sort by product by branch
b. insert a row per product
c. calculate contribution per product
d.calculate/vlookup contribution to total national stock

Maybe you have simply step to same result like that

Herewith i am attach master data...could you help me how to allocation total ready stock to each office base on their sales ? with consider contribution sales per product/material per sales office...so total allocation per material is same with total ready stock ? Kindly simple calculation step...
