Aggregate function in excel 2010 with percentile

Hi Team,

I need a formula where I can use multiple criteria in Aggregate function in excel function. I have tried puting the formula but the results are incorrect.

I think removing the " ears from around the 590 will fix your problem
=AGGREGATE(18,6,$C$2:$C$18/($A$2:$A$18="H")*($B$2:$B$18=590),0.25)
