adjusting columns after reformatting table

Most likely my previous post wasn't well explained, so I try to do it again. Attached you will find my document. I reformatted the values in a table, so they are all in one column now. Left next to it I have to columns (dates and customers) coloured, these columns should actually be adjusted automatically, but I have done it manually. please, can anyone tell me which formula I should use?
