Additions and Deletions

Hi,

I'd like to start off by saying that your guides are awesome. I have been able to add great perks to a dashboard thanks to you guys.
However, I have a question on a subject - if at all possible:

My dashboard essentially consolidates all equipment information into one sheet.
I want to be able to automatically show additions and deletions of equipment (which would take up a whole row in a table somewhere) in the dashboard.
Lets say I sold a piece of equipment that was charted in a table somewhere in this master excel file, would it be possible to automatically show this row deletion in my dashboard as "Equipment X has been sold"?

About your question, consider uploading a sample file. It'd be easier to understand for people who might be able to help you.
Include indication of the input data, the attempted solution (formulas, code) and the manually written expected output data as example. Thanks.
